The Mexican culture is inherently romantic, colorful and festive. Since this is my first Valentine’s Day here, I don’t know how widely it is celebrated – there are so many saint’s days and other holidays! Hi Aysha, I’m in Puerto Vallarta, where they seem to be making quite a big deal of Valentine’s day, though that may be mainly for the swarms of tourists. The weather here is perfect, but I sure prefer inland colonial Mexico, where you are. Happy Valentine’s!
